    Ahmad Farouk Mohamed was appointed as Director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 14 January 2015. He read Mathematics at the University of Cambridge, and he holds two post-graduate diplomas from City University, London.

    Currently, Ahmad Farouk is Chief Strategy Officer, Non-Life at Avicennia Capital Sdn Bhd, an insurance holding company.  

    Prior to that, he was an Executive Director in Khazanah Nasional Berhad, having joined in 2006 and focused on portfolio strategy and also investment in the energy and sustainable development sectors.  He had earlier worked in risk analysis in London, followed by actuarial consulting and then strategic advisory in Kuala Lumpur.  Ahmad Farouk currently also sits on the Boards of Sun Life Malaysia Takaful Bhd and VCAP Asset Managers Sdn Bhd.

    Datin Paduka Che Asmah Binti Ibrahim was appointed as a Director of Cenviro on 20 June 2017. She also sits as a Director of Cenviro Group of Companies. 

    Datin Paduka Che Asmah holds a BSc. Chemical Engineering, University of Missouri (Columbia), USA in 1985 and subsequently a master in MSc. Environmental Impact Assessment, University of Wales Aberystwyth, Wales, UK in 1997. 

    Datin Paduka Che Asmah is the Head of Group Green Living of Malaysian Green Technology Corporation since 2015.

    Upon her graduation, she served with The Department of Environment from 1986 to 30 April 2014 holding various positions as Environmental Control Officer (1986 to 1992), DOE Representative (1992 to 1995), Principal Assistant Director, EIA Section (1996 to 1998), Principal Assistant Director, Air Quality Monitoring & Noise Section (1998 to 2002) and rose as a Director in 2002  serving the Air Division and Hazardous Substances Division of Department of Environment until her retirement in April 2014.

    Khalid Bahsoon is the Managing Director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd and a Director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd’s Group of Companies since 2013. He also sits on the Board of E-Idaman Sdn Bhd Group and Shan Poornam Sdn Bhd Group.

    Khalid Bahsoon is responsible for Cenviro Group of Companies’ restructuring and rebranding, and managing operations of both scheduled (hazardous) and non-scheduled (non-hazardous) waste industries to becoming a sustainably growing Company.

    He holds an LLB (Honours) degree in Law from  University of London.

    In 2010, Khalid Bahsoon was appointed the CEO of Mardec Berhad, an integrated rubber company. Prior to this appointment, he was the CEO of Recycle Energy Sdn Bhd, operating a municipal waste to energy plant in Malaysia.

    Khalid Bahsoon previously served as the Group CEO for Core Competencies Sdn Bhd, a corporation that is involved in waste-to-energy projects in Malaysia. He was responsible for the restructuring and strategise for the growth of the Group.

    Khalid Bahsoon has over 20 years of experience including but not limited to corporate restructuring, crisis management and business stabilisation in many parts of the world including the United Kingdom, Sierra Leone, Angola and Malaysia.

    Loh Tzu Anne was appointed Director of Cenviro on 24 April 2014. She also sits on the Board of E-Idaman Sdn Bhd. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Accounting and Law from University of Southampton, UK and is an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK
     
    Anne is currently Director of Investments at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. She has over 15 years’ experience in corporate & business planning and finance. She spent 8 years within the Cenviro Group of Companies; focusing on corporate planning, business development and finance.
     
    Anne joined a project management consultancy firm for a year where she was involved in feasibility studies for toll road projects in Indonesia before joining BinaFikir Sdn Bhd in 2006. During her tenure with BinaFikir and subsequently Maybank Investment Bank, Anne undertook projects which included financial feasibility studies, M&A, debt restructuring, business & sectorial reviews, public-private partnership structuring, formulation of government policies & frameworks and implementation planning.
     
    Prior to joining Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Anne was an Associate Director, Strategic Advisory at Maybank Investment Bank.

    Nik Rizal Kamil Bin Nik Ibrahim Kamil was appointed as a Director of Cenviro on 20 June 2017.

    Nik Rizal Kamil holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from University of Bristols in 1995, and a M.Sc. (Finance) from London Business School in 2010. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in England and Wales.

    Nik Rizal Kamil is currently an Executive Director, Investments of Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”).

    He started his career as an accountant and auditor with Coopers & Lybrand United Kingdom in 1995 before joining Arthur Andersen & Co in 1997.  He had also served several Royal Dutch Shell companies in the region and the UK from 2001 to 2010 prior to joining Khazanah as Senior Vice President, Investments in April 2011.

    Kar Peng holds a Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Accounting and Finance) from the Monash University, Australia, in 1983. She is a member of CPA Australia.

    Kar Peng is currently the Chairman/Managing Partner of Kendall Court Capital Partners since 2004. 

    She previously served Ernst & Whinney (now known as EY) from 1983 to 1985, Afiffin & Low (now known as CIMB Securities) from 1985 to 1989, WI CARR Malaysia from 1989 to 1995, UBS Malaysia from 1995 to 1998 and Citi Group Global Banking from 1998 to 2004.
