Shahrani Mohamed Raffi, General Manager Human Resources & Administration is responsible for the formulation and development of Human Capital Strategy providing functional leadership for new and integration of the existing businesses of the Cenviro Group of companies.
Shahrani has over 25 years of extensive experience in strategic human capital management, planning and development. His working experiences include in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Manufacturing in local and foreign multi-national companies responsible for the countries in SEA region, and Consultancy. He is a certified Trainer for World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in People Development Pillar and HR Management & Skills Program including Personal Coaching and Mentoring.
He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration majoring in Management from the Midwestern State University, USA.
Throughout his career he has been involved in all various aspect of Human Capital Strategic Management, Operations & Development from formulation & development of Manpower & Succession Planning framework to administration of Performance Management, HR policies and practices, implementation of HR Benchmarking Best Practices, implementation and management of HRIS and HR Shared Services, Functional & Leadership Competencies formulation and training, International Mobility Management, Corporate Culture formulation, and implementation, HR Transformation & Organizational Change, Union-Management relations and Collective Agreement negotiations.
He has led the various mergers & acquisitions including integration initiatives and successfully led the setting-up of greenfield projects in various part of this region through commissioning into full operations.
