Kualiti Alam Sdn Bhd was awarded by the Government of Malaysia to develop a Scheduled Waste Management Facility at Bukit Nenas, Negeri Sembilan.

Establishment of Kualiti Alam Holdings Sdn Bhd.

The first Integrated Scheduled Waste Management Centre was launched by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Dr. Mahathir. 

                                         
                         





 

Kualiti Alam Holdings Sdn Bhd was rebranded as UEM Environment Sdn Bhd on 13.08.2003.

Improve plant efficiency through the installation of waste burner system, installation of industrial shredder, improvement in process water and upgrading turbine system.

Established Kualiti Kitar Alam.

   

Awarded the prestigious international 2010 Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Gold Award.

Awarded the Prime Minister’s Hibiscus Award in Environmental Performance.

Khazanah took over the entire stake of UEM Environment Sdn Bhd from UEM Group Berhad on 28.03.2014. The company was rebranded as Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 23.10.2014.

Initiated the COE concept that aims to develop national institution knowledge and provide innovative and reliable solutions for the complete spectrum of waste management and renewable energy in the country.

Groundbreaking for SWTE project in Kualiti Alam Waste Management Centre. The SWTE project is the first in the country that will treat up to 33,000 MT per year of all types of incinerable scheduled waste and produce 3.4MWh of green power which will be exported to the Grid.

Cenviro introduced Recycle for Life concept, a recycling program that rewards cash through a smartcard with MyKasih Foundation.
