Tan Sri Dr. Azmil Khalili Dato’ Khalid
Chairman
Tan Sri Dr Azmil Khalid joined MTD Group as General Manager, Corporate Planning in 1993. In 1996, he was appointed as the Group Managing Director of MTD Capital Berhad and was re-designated as the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2009. While he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of MTD Capital Berhad, Tan Sri Dr Azmil Khalid held the same position in MTD ACPI Engineering Berhad, a subsidiary of MTD Capital Bhd that listed on Bursa Malaysia. He was also the Chairman of MTD Walkers PLC, MTD Capital Bhd’s foreign subsidiary that listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange in the Republic of Sri Lanka. Tan Sri Dr Azmil Khalid was the President and Chief Executive Officer of AlloyMTD Group and ANIH Berhad until 2017.

Kar Peng was appointed as a Director of Cenviro on 20 June 2017.
Kar Peng is the Chairman/Managing Partner of Kendall Court Capital Partners since 2004. She was appointed as a Trustee of Top Glove Foundation on 12 December 2018 and as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Sunway Real Estate Investment Trust on 2 January 2019.
She previously served Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young) from 1983 to 1985, Afiffin & Low (now known as CIMB Securities) from 1985 to 1989, WI CARR Malaysia from 1989 to 1995, UBS Malaysia from 1995 to 1998 and Citi Group Global Banking from 1998 to 2004. She was a board member of Khazanah Nasional Bhd until 30 July 2018.
Kar Peng holds a Bachelor of Economics (Majoring in Accounting and Finance) from the Monash University, Australia, in 1983. She is a member of CPA Australia.

Effizal Faiz Zulkifly was appointed as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 30 April 2022.
He joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad (“Khazanah”) in July 2007 and is currently the Head, Consumer – Investment Division. He spent his earlier year in Khazanah covering the infrastructure and telecommunication space including the UEM Group of Companies, Telekom Malaysia, and Astro Berhad. In 2017, upon his return from a one-year stint in Khazanah San Francisco office, he was made Director of Internet & Technology (I&T) and Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IxE) space leading initiatives such as TIDE and KNEO. Prior to Khazanah, he spent 4 years as a business analyst with Citibank Berhad.
Effizal is currently serving as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of UEM Sunrise Berhad and Farm Fresh Berhad.
He holds a Master of Business Administration, MIT Sloan Fellows Program, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Master of Commerce, Finance and Business Information System, University of Sydney; and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, University of Queensland.

Nurul Iman Mohd Zaman was appointed as an Alternate Director to Effizal Faiz Zulkifly on the Board of Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 30 April 2022.
Nurul Iman Mohd Zaman is currently a Senior Vice President of Investments in Khazanah Nasional Berhad (Khazanah), where she covers Private Markets in Southeast Asia with a focus on the Consumer sector. Iman joined Khazanah in end-2008 and has worked on investments and value creation within the Property, Leisure and Tourism, Healthcare, and Aviation sectors, including Khazanah’s M+S Pte Ltd joint venture in Singapore with Temasek and the IPO of IHH Healthcare Berhad.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from Cornell University and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.

Park Deok Seop was appointed as a director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 16 December 2022. Began his career with Samsung Engineering from August 1999 to December 2017 and involved in hydrocarbon plant marketing, global strategy office and industrial plant marketing / PJT Management.
He joined SK Ecoplant Co. Ltd in January 2018 and is now the Vice President of Global Eco Business Unit in charge of waste management / recycling business development and hydrocarbon plant marketing.
He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Architectural Engineering from the Department of Architectural Engineering, College of Engineering, Korea University in 1999.

Lee Dae Hyuck was appointed as a director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd on 16 December 2022. Started his career as a researcher at Seoul National University from March 1995 to March 2002.
He joined SK Ecoplant Co. Ltd. in October 2002 and is currently the Head of Global Eco Business Unit and had held various positions as Chief Strategy Officer at TES-AMM (Singapore) Ptd Ltd as Project Director of various global Infrastructure project, as Managing Director in Global Marketing Division, as General Manager in Global Infrastructure Estimation & Sales Department, Manager in Global Operation Tass Force Team.
He was conferred a PhD in the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Engineering from Seoul National University in 1998.

Dr. Johari Jalil was appointed as a Director on 3 June 2019. He is also the Group Managing Director of Cenviro Sdn Bhd Group of Companies. Dr. Johari spent over 20 years of his career in Oil & Gas Downstream with Royal Dutch Shell and ExxonMobil in local, regional and global roles. He was the Country Manager of Commercial Sales in ExxonMobil Malaysia, General Manager of LPG Business SEA, Commercial Director of Shell Downstream Indonesia and Global Manager of Trading & Supply in Shell. Previous to that, he spent 10 years of his early career in the Corporate Banking Sector.
He also sits as a board member of the joint venture and associate companies, namely E-Idaman Sdn Bhd and Shan Poornam Sdn Bhd.
He holds a Bachelor Degree and MBA in Applied Finance & Investment and a Doctorate in Business Administration.

Adi is currently the Chief Strategy Officer of Cenviro Sdn Bhd. Adi was the Chief Operating Officer of Cenviro Sdn. Bhd. from March 2019 to December 2022. Prior to Cenviro, Adi was in Khazanah, where he was involved in investments in the Innovation & Technology and Sustainable Development Sectors (with a focus on the waste management industry). Prior to Khazanah, Adi worked at Maybank Investment Bank and KPMG, Australia.
Adi graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.

Seow Hai Yoong or known as Angeline is currently the General Manager for Finance. She has more than 18 years’ experience in commercial and investment banking spanning audit, private banking, debt market, project advisory, financial feasibility studies and corporate recovery. Prior to joining Cenviro Sdn Bhd, she was an Associate Director, Debt Capital Markets at CIMB Investment Bank Berhad.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance (Hons) from University Putra Malaysia and is a CFA charterholder.

Wan Azrizul Azad is currently General Manager for Corporate Services. He is an experienced HR practitioner and has worked in multinational companies throughout his career beginning with Unilever, Talisman Energy, Sime Darby Property and Deloitte Consulting in various leadership, senior management, operational and project roles spanning his 20 years career. He has also been posted on international assignments to Rotterdam, Manila, Calgary and Singapore in global and regional capacities.
Azad holds a degree in Information Technology from University Utara Malaysia and an MBA from Open University Malaysia

Mohd Norsuradi Man is currently the General Manager for Projects and Engineering. He started his career as an Engineer at Samsung and through the years there he was involved in production, process and product improvement, plant build-up, and R&D. He joined UEM Environment in March 2003 and was in charge of several treatment facilities at Kualiti Alam. He was also previously assigned to Business Development, Project and Technical Development in Cenviro Group.
He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia.

Surindra Mahendra, General Manager, Commercial is leading the various departments consisting of Sales, Supply Chain, Technical Sales, Marketing and Cenviro Recycling and Recovery. Surin started his career in Cenviro after he completed the UEM Emerging Leadership Programme and has been assigned to various departments before leading the Sales Team.
Surindra holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

Sundrakumar is currently the General Manager for Operations. He has over 22 years of experience in operations as the Head of Manufacturing of Malay Sino Chemical Industries (a subsidiary of Batu Kawan Berhad) , Operations Director SEA/Middle East of Beckers Industrial Coating, Head of Operations of Quant Service Middle East (Abu Dhabi), Plant Manager of BASF Malaysia, Klang, Plant Manager of Sibelco Malaysia (Tapah) and Operations Manager with ABB Malaysia.
Sundrakumar possesses a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Chang Siew Khim, Company Secretary, is responsible for overseeing Cenviro Group of Companies’ secretarial matters including the management and administration of the Board’s affairs in compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements and corporate governance framework.
She began her career with Signet & Co. Sdn Bhd, a leading professional firm from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining Cenviro, she was attached to Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad Group and she has more than 20 years’ experience in company secretarial practices.
Chang graduated with the Professional Degree awarded by The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
